At Australian Boot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn boots back in their original packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the shipping box.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement pair within 5 business days.
